Tess Crowder is president and founder of Realtime Communication Services, Inc., Dynamic Communication Strategies, LLC, and President, Executive Director, and Founder of Communication Access, Inc., a non-profit, charitable organization. She also serves as President of the Board for the Hearing Loss Association of Florida, Vice President of the Board of the Clearwater Chapter of the Hearing Loss Association, Vice President of the Board of the Suncoast Chapter of the Association of Late-Deafened Adults, and a Board Member of Blossom Montessori School for the Deaf.
Tess is fluent in sign language, and has taught seminars in basic conversational sign language and sensitivity throughout the United States. She has presented workshops about CART Services and conducted presentations about the work of Communication Access, Inc. Her certifications include Registered Professional Reporter, Certified Realtime Reporter, Certified Broadcast Captioner, and Certified CART Provider. In addition, she has a certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of South Florida, is a Certified True Colors Facilitator, and a Third Degree Black Belt and Certified Trainer in Taekwondo.
